Job Description

Job Scope: The Intern will support Talent Acquisition activities as well as the tasks relating to Data Analytics for Human Resources & Administration Department

Key Tasks:

  • Assist in employer branding tasks to attract candidates: conducting written content and visual materials (photos, videos) on Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok, LinkedIn
  • Assist in recruitment activities: job post on websites and social platforms, application screening, interview (phone, online, in-person)
  • Assist in the tasks relating to HR Data Analytics such as collecting information, verifying data, visualizing figures, etc. 
  • Paperwork relating to employment application
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirement:

  • Final year student/ Fresh graduate in HR Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or relevant fields
  • No experience required 
  • Good English proficiency in both spoken and written
  • Be energetic and highly integrated
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Be hard-working, meticulous and pay attention to details
  • Honesty, eagerness to learn, and ability to work under pressure
  • Can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit
