Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to understand their reporting needs and provide solutions. 
• Support businesses in the design, development, and implementation of Power BI dashboards, and Excel reports.
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards. 
• Stay current with the latest techniques in data visualization and Power BI tools.
• Consolidate operational data from different regions and streamline to a single dashboard.
• Develop complex BI solutions including reports, scorecards and dashboards, leveraging data processing and visualization tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, and relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
• 5+ years’ experience in data strategy, commercial insights, business analytics, market intelligence and big data.
• Consulting / Big 4 background is plus.
• F&B/Retail/ FMCG/E-business industry background is a plus. However, candidates from other industry background with passion in F&B industry are also welcome.
• Excellent command of English

Skills and Expertise

• Proficiency in Python & data science packages.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query or other popular BI / Reporting solutions
• Strong knowledge in SQL / Power BI Developer and with deep Server Reporting Services
• Hands-on experience in writing Power Query, DAX, MDX for complex data projects
• Experience authoring, diagnosing and altering SQL Server objects and T-SQL queries
• Experience creating and maintaining reporting assets in Power BI
• Knowledge of general data modeling concepts
• Independent, analytical, innovative, multi-tasking, work as a team and able to embrace the change and accept new challenges
• Excellence in English, fluency in Cantonese/ Mandarin is a highly preferred
• Data engineering knowledge for automated market data consolidation is a plus.
