Job Description
Key Tasks:
- Execute CRM-related activities including campaign planning support, campaign setup, and implementation on CRM tools, with a focus on automation campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
- Support the management and update of menu information across digital platforms (website and mobile application) to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaigns and promotions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, IT, Application team, etc.) to implement digital initiatives and campaigns.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements:
Education / Training Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related fields
Experience:
- Experience in digital or customer marketing is a plus, but not compulsory.
- Experience in FnB/Food delivery service/eCommerce/FMCG in a plus but not compulsory
- Good communication skills, English proficiency is an advantage
- Computer skill: Basic Excel is a must
- Good at working independently or teamwork
- Detail oriented, high sense of responsibility
