[HCM] Marketing Intern

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our Marketing team in various tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in a wide range of marketing activities while collaborating with multiple departments.

Key Tasks:

  • Assist in managing and processing documents such as proposals, quotations, and contracts, while working closely with the Marketing, Legal, Finance teams, and third parties.
  • Support the Content Creator in executing and managing social media content.
  • Assist in the development and management of the content calendar, monitor its progress, track metrics, and generate reports.
  • Provide support in implementing promotional programs and activations.
  • Collaborate with the team and Marketing Executive in the innovation process, as well as preparing and analyzing reports.
  • Collect and analyze competitor information, including activities on their websites and in the market.
  • Help prepare and facilitate product testing and evaluations.

Job Requirement:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in F&B restaurants/office or a related industry is a plus.
  • Availability to commit a full-time internship for 6 months
  • Strong interest in marketing, social media, and brand development.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing tasks.
  • Previous internship or experience in marketing (preferred but not required).
