We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Officer to join our Risk & Compliance and QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting food safety inspections, overseeing quality control, handling compliance documentation, and supporting restaurant teams in maintaining high safety standards. Key Tasks:
Food Safety Compliance & Inspections
- Conduct food safety inspections across all outlets to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Oversee water and ice quality testing to maintain adherence to health and safety regulations.
Licensing & Documentation
- Handle documentation for obtaining and renewing Food Safety Licenses for both new and existing outlets.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure timely submissions to avoid compliance risks.
Food Safety Training
- Create and implement food safety training programs to enhance the knowledge and compliance of restaurant teams.
Audits & Quality Assurance
- Support food safety and quality audits, ensuring outlets are prepared for internal and external assessments.
- Coordinate pre-audit planning and post-audit follow-ups with restaurant teams to maintain compliance.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and guide restaurant operations through routine inspections and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide recommendations and corrective actions to improve food safety processes and ensure sustained compliance.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- College degree or higher in Food Science, Biology, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a food safety or quality assurance role, experience in FnB is an advantage
Skills & Abilities:
- Understanding of local health and food safety regulations and certifications such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
- Adaptability to evolving food safety laws and regulations.
