Job Description:
1. Payroll Management
- In charge of full payroll cycle, including monthly timesheet, payroll, overtime, allowances, incentives, deductions, and final settlements, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
- Validate payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with Finance for payroll processing and statutory payments.
- In charge of Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) and Personal Income Tax (PIT), including employee registration, adjustments, declarations, annual tax finalization, and employee support.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and all statutory regulations related to payroll and employee benefits.
2. Employee Relations
- Provide guidance to employees on C&B policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, insurance, and taxation.
- In charge of disciplinary processes, including documentation, meeting coordination, and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain proper employee records and documentation.
3. HRIS
- Maintain accurate employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and offboarding.
- Support HRIS enhancements, testing, and continuous process improvements.
4. HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare periodic HR reports, including payroll reports, headcount, labor cost, statutory reports, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze payroll and C&B data to identify trends and support management decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
5. Process Improvement & Others
- Review and improve payroll and C&B processes to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Support HR projects, policy updates, audits, and system implementations as assigned.
Requirements:
- BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Human resource management preferred.
- Minimum 05 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management (C&B, PIT, SI, HI, UI).
- Good English communication skills is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills and MS Office
- Works dffectively in a dynamic atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
