Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive with strong analytical skills and logical thinking to help drive our commercial strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for data analysis, problem-solving, and task management to ensure successful execution of commercial projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders such as partners and vendors. Your attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple work streams will be critical to achieving our commercial objectives.

Key Task:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze sales, market, and customer data to guide decision-making.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to refine commercial strategies.
  • Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for various commercial activities.

New Product Development:

  • Partner with the R&D team to understand product innovations and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Follow with R&D in the Consumer Taste Test for shorting potential product to be launch.
  • Support the go-to-market strategy for new product launches.

Project & Task Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate with teammates and junior staff to promote efficiency and skill growth.

Execution & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams to execute commercial plans.
  • Follow up on details and maintain clear communication to keep everyone aligned.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify issues, propose solutions, and continuously optimize processes and project outcomes.

Market Trends & Competitor Analysis:

  • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions.
  • Provide recommendations to adapt marketing strategies in response to competitor activities and market shifts.

Campaign Performance & Optimization:

  • Evaluate the performance of marketing programs and promotional activities.
  • Provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on performance data and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

Education/ Training Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related fields (preferred, but not a must).

Skills & Expertise Needed:

  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis capability and logical thinking.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple tasks or projects with different stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to quickly identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills with a focus on execution and follow-up.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with partners, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, BI dashboards, etc.) and project management software.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Experience in F&B or a related industry is a plus.
