Job Scope
The intern will prepare company events, support job fairs and recruitment activities and handle basic administrative work. This role also supports simple design tasks and works closely with the People & Culture team in daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
Support Company Events
- Prepare logistics for company events (materials, venue setup, coordination).
- Support internal events such as town halls, meetings, celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Design posters and materials for company events
Support Recruitment & Job Fairs
- Post job ads on websites and social media.
- Support employer branding activities on Facebook, Zalo, TikTok.
- Assist in preparing and supporting job fairs and campus events.
Administrative Support
- Support admin work (office payments, documents, filing).
- Help prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
- Support simple employee record updates.
Other Tasks
- Support other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- No experience required
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Availability to work full-time in 6 months, 8 hours/ day, 4-5 days per week.
- Interested in company events, recruitment activities, and people-related work.
- Design skills are a plus (Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools).
- Careful, organized, and willing to learn.
