Job Scope: The Intern will support Talent Acquisition activities as well as the tasks relating to Data Analytics for Human Resources & Administration Department
Key Tasks:
- Assist in employer branding tasks to attract candidates: conducting written content and visual materials (photos, videos) on Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok, LinkedIn
- Assist in recruitment activities: job post on websites and social platforms, application screening, interview (phone, online, in-person)
- Assist in the tasks relating to HR Data Analytics such as collecting information, verifying data, visualizing figures, etc.
- Paperwork relating to employment application
- Other relevant tasks assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirement:
- Final year student/ Fresh graduate in HR Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or relevant fields
- No experience required
- Good English proficiency in both spoken and written
- Be energetic and highly integrated
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Be hard-working, meticulous and pay attention to details
- Honesty, eagerness to learn, and ability to work under pressure
- Can-do attitude, problem-solving mindset, teamwork spirit
