Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support (40%)
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for assigned roles.
- Coordinate job postings and track sourcing performance.
- Support job fair planning, university partnerships, and employer branding activities.
Employee Engagement (30%)
- Organize internal events (team building, contests, wellness)
- Assist in rolling out recognition and cultural campaigns.
- Collect employee feedback to enhance engagement programs.
Office & Admin Coordination (30%)
- Maintain office and common areas to ensure cleanliness, supplies, and readiness.
- Manage front-desk duties: greeting visitors, handling calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
- Handle office-related tasks such as travel bookings, vendor follow-up, and payment requests.
Requirements
Experience:
- A dynamic professional with 1 year of HR, admin, or office coordition.
Education/Training:
- College or university
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; social media or admin experience is a plus
