Job Description

Job Scope:

The Senior Compensation and Benefits Officer (C&B) will be responsible for the activities related to the processing of the payroll aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current legislation.

Key Tasks:

1. Compensation & benefits:

  • Supervise filling of employee profiles at the office team & store level.
  • Administer staff movements such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and termination. Maintain profile records of all staff movement.
  • Supervise renewal contracts for all employees.
  • Supervise the system of attendant records, overtime procedures, incentives, bonuses, and other benefits related to the payroll process.
  • Check monthly payroll for office team, full-time, and part-time employees.
  • Check & supervise social and health insurance, personal accident insurance, or other insurance benefits for employees every month on a case-by-case basis.
  • Support C&B Manager to conduct C&B projects such as salary structure, performance appraisal, salary review… etc.
  • Check & supervise monthly personal income tax declarations for employees, or expatriates and report to direct supervise.
  • Follow up monthly/quarterly/yearly C&B reports timely and correct.

2. Report:

  • Supervise any internal reports such as OT, OT tracking management, Absenteeism, PnC movement, and other PnC reports.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll reconciliation reports and other reports related to the payroll system.
  • Checking monthly/yearly government reports such as labor reports, expats reports…

3. Other

  • Conduct and support PnC/ company’s activities.
  • Supervise and implement PnC projects assigned such as Cadena soft, and Attendant record machine.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by line managers

Job Requirement:

Education / Training Qualifications: BA degree in Social Sciences/ Business Administration/Human resource management preferred

Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:

- Knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, policies/procedures regarding Human Resource Management (C&B, PIT, SI, HI, UI).

- Good Computer skills, good English, and Microsoft Office skills.
