Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offering, onboarding) for: Operations - Part-time/Full-time and Management positions
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities for different business functions.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for mass hiring and critical positions.
  • Lead and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring hiring targets, quality of hire, and time-to-fill KPIs are achieved.
  • Build and strengthen employer branding initiatives across online and offline channels to enhance company visibility and candidate engagement.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment budget, job advertising channels, and external recruitment vendors/headhunters when required.
  • Manage, operate, and develop recruitment communication channels such as Facebook Fanpage, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, TikTok, etc.), including content creation (posts, visuals, videos, POSM, etc.).

Employer Branding:

  • Execute employer branding initiatives and events (Job Fairs, Career Talks, University Engagement, MT Programs, etc.) in the North.
  • Explore and maintain relationship with universities/ partners.
  • Monitor and update recruitment fanpage and other digital channels to ensure consistent and attractive communication.

Other:

  • Other tasks are provided by the superviors.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience in a similar position. Preference given to candidates with experience in F&B or Retail/Fashion chains with a scale of 500+ employees.

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Team player but also able to work independently.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and basic design tools (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
