Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Mass Hiring:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mass hiring positions, including Operations, Store Staff, Restaurant Staff, Shift Leaders, Restaurant Manager, and other frontline roles.
  • Ensure hiring targets are delivered within agreed timelines and manpower plans.
  • Manage recruitment activities through job boards, social media, referral programs, walk-in interviews, job fairs, campus activities, and local hiring initiatives.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment budget, sourcing channels to improve candidate volume and quality.
  • Continuously explore new sourcing methods to improve hiring effectiveness.
  • Provide market insights, hiring updates, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment data accuracy and timely updates in recruitment systems/reports.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.

Employer Branding:

  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, open days, and hiring campaigns.
  • Explore and maintain relationship with universities/ partners.
  • Manage, operate, and develop recruitment communication channels such as Facebook Fanpage, LinkedIn, Zalo OA, TikTok, etc.), including content creation (posts, visuals, videos, POSM, etc.).

Other:

  • Other tasks as asigned.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to mass hiring/high-volume recruitment.
  • Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, FMCG, Logistics, or chain-operation environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in handling large hiring volumes under tight timelines.

Knowledge / Skills:

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Team player but also able to work independently.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), recruitment platforms & job sites (LinkedIn, job boards, social media) and basic design tools (using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
